Must have: 2 to 4 yrs experience in Java analysis & design of application, should be strong in any Core Java application either EJB, Servlets, Core Java etc.
Must have: Good understanding level exposure to Databases like Oracle, Sql server, Db2.
Must have: Worked with one or many J2EE application servers (weblogic, websphere, JBoss).
Should have: Basic understanding level of Networking, protocols.
Good to have: Interest in involving in Software Testing cycle & application levels.
Must have: Decent communication skills.
