Lead and Architects in J2EE 6+Y Preferably with B1 multiple Entry Visa. USA

Dear All,

We are looking for Lead and Architects in J2EE for Software Company in
Chennai

Work Location: Chennai/ USA
Exp: 6 plus years

Skill Set- Java / J2EE technologies including JSP / Servlets / EJB /
Struts and related technologies, RDBMS' - Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL /
DB2 at least two industry, standard App Servers - BEA Weblogic / IBM
Websphere / JBOSS / Oracle 9iAS,Good exposure to HTML, Javascript,
Exposure to Linux / Solaris and other Unix variants is a plus, JNI,
some positions require good understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP networking,
exposure to large data optimizations and EDI, Exposure to Junit /
HttpUnit / JwebUnit, unit testing strategies and frameworks is a plus.
Experience with J2EE related open source tools like Velocity, Turbine,
Castor and Hibernate are a plus. Grasp of XML usage / tools, security
related tools & techniques, Unix Shell Scripting, etc. is a plus.
Job Description:
6 plus years of experience in software development, with a decided
focus on J2EE and related technologies
Experience in working with database-backed web applications mandatory
Candidate should have excellent technical skills and will be involved
in all phases of development. Must be a proven leader, understand
customer requirements, propose technical solutions and provide
technical training to project teams for new designs, Must have an
excellent grasp of object oriented design & UML-driven application
development, application of J2EE & generic design patterns, J2EE
Services & APIs, JSP, Servlets, EJB & Struts. Should be conversant with
server administration issues, performance issues and tuning, Strong
research & analytical orientation with an ability to grasp & integrate
new technologies rapidly, Must have exposure to current and evolving
technical trends and best practices, Must have the ability to propose,
present and defend architectures, critically analyze to improve
existing architectures and review code. Preferably with B1 multiple
Entry Visa.
